Closing a European Company
A European company may cease its operations in the Republic of Cyprus in a number of ways such as voluntary strike off, transfer of registered office in another member state, conversion to a public company, its involuntary strike off by the Registrar of Companies for non-complying with its statutory obligations or due to liquidation.
