Running a place of business for an Overseas Company
Guidance
An overseas company, following the establishment of its place of business in the Republic of Cyprus, must maintain its register up to date, by notifying any changes in its particulars as well as complying with its annual obligations within the specified time frame limit defined in the Companies Law.

Updating the register of an overseas company that maintains a place of business in the Republic of Cyprus can be completed faster and more efficiently by utilising the available electronic services available of the Registrar of Companies such as searching in the overseas companies register.
