Annual Return
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that for the filing of the annual returns and the corresponding financial statements which are overdue, no extension of time for their filing will be allowed.
The necessary time for their filing with the Registrar of Companies is given by Section 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113.
