Form for Non-Filing of Annual Reports and Non-Payment of Annual Company Fee (ΗΕ67)
Following up the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property’s Announcement dated December 3rd 2021, the Department reminds interested parties that the statutory form HE67, which is a Declaration by the company's member concerning the non-filing of Annual Reports and the non-payment of Annual Company Fee, has been available since December 6th 2021.
The form can be submitted to the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property either by hand or mail, accompanied by a twenty euro (€20) fee, or a forty euro (€40) fee if the expedited process is required.
The form HE67 is applicable to companies that were registered prior to 14th August 1974 and had their registered office or place of business or all of their assets in an occupied or inaccessible area, and are no longer active and/or do not possess any other assets than the assets located in the areas not under the control of the Republic.
After the filing of form HE67, the company is exempted from submitting further documents and paying fees for as long as it is not active in the areas controlled by the Republic.
