Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the form of cross border merger (form HE66) for each company registered in Cyprus that participates in a cross border merger, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

For further information regarding form completion and the relevant procedure, you are advised to refer to the Explanatory Notes as well as to respective page:

• Drafting and submitting the common draft terms of the cross border merger, in case the resulting company is a Cyprus company;
• Drafting and submitting the common draft terms for the cross-border merger, in case the company to be absorbed is a Cyprus company.

The following new form HE66 has been implemented as from February 12th, 2021.
