Form converting a private company to public
Fill in and submit, the form statement in lieu of an invitation to subscribe (form HE7) to register a purchase of shares which must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies from a private company in order to convert into a public company.
The above mentioned form is submitted along with the request for change of name and the request for amendment of the articles of association, by paying the total fee of two thousand euro (€2000). In case of submitting a request for:
- change of name, an additional fee of forty euro (€40) is payable;
- amendment of the articles of association, an additional fee of forty euro (€40) is payable;
- change of members, an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) is payable;
- change of directors an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) is payable.
In case you wish to accelarate the procedure, an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) for each document submitted is payable.
