Fill in and submit the particulars of the mortgage over property of a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (form HE24Y) to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

Alternatively, you may file the registration of mortgage via the e-filing system of the Registrar of companies by paying the relevant fee as mentioned above.

The new form ΑΕ7Υ was implemented as from December 6th, 2021, and replaced form ΗΕ24Υ as regards to overseas companies.
