Fill in and submit, the form for applying for strike off (form HE60) to apply for your company’s strike off from the companies’ register, by paying the fee of twenty euros (20).
For further information regarding form completion and the relevant procedure, you are advised to refer to the Explanatory Notes as well as to the page Filing an application for strike off respectively.
The following new form HE60 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of the letter.
Alternatively, you may file the changes to the officers of the company online via the e-filing system of the Registrar of companies by paying the relevant fee as mentioned above.
