Fill in the forms provided below in the following cases:

• form HE17 to notify dissenting shareholders regarding its desire to acquire his/ her’ s shares held in the transferor company.
• form HE18 to notify the holders of the remaining shares or shareholders who have not assented to the scheme or contract, regarding the details of the transfer of shares.
• form HE19 to notify, within three (3) months from the date of notice of form HE18, the transferee company to acquire the shares he / she holds in the transferor company.

For further information regarding form completion, you are advised to refer to the relevant explanatory notes.

 It is noted that the forms are not submitted to the Registrar of Companies.
The following redesigned forms HE17, HE18 and HE19 have been implemented as from February 12th, 2021.
