Details
Fill in and submit, by hand/post, form HE20 to notify the Registrar of Companies regarding the address of the location of the company's registers, its change or cessation of their operation, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.
For further information regarding form completion, you are advised to refer to the Explanatory Notes.
The following new and consolidated form HE20 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of forms C21, ΗΕ20 and ΗΕ22.
