Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the form notifying a series of debentures or separate issue (form HE25) to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The following redesigned form HE25 has been implemented as from February 12th, 2021.
