Fill in and submit, depending on the case, the following forms to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure:

• form of settlement of a registered mortgage (form HE31);
• declaration that the mortgaged property ceased to form part of the company’s property (form HE30).

For further information regarding form completion and the relevant procedure, you are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and most common reasons for rejection of the form HE30 or the form HE31, as well as to pages notifying settlement of a charge or notifying settlement of Mortgage respectively.

Alternatively, you may file the total settlement of the mortgage (HE31) via the e-filing system of the Registrar of companies by paying the relevant fee as mentioned above.

The new consolidated form AE14 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of forms ΗΕ30 and ΗΕ31 as regards to overseas companies.
