Fill in and submit the following form (form ΕΟΟΣ 2) to establish a branch of a European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) in the Republic of Cyprus, accompanied by form ΕΟΟΣ3 and the payment of the total fee of three hundred and forty euro (€340) and an additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the process.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or through bank order.

If you wish, with the registration of your EEIG's branch, to obtain certified copies of the Certificates relating to the establishment of your EEIG's branch, you must present a copy of the contract of formation and pay the fee of one hundred and twenty euro (€120). If a copy of the contract of formation is not submitted, you must pay the fee of one hundred and thirty euro (€130). An additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) is required in case you wish to accelerate the process.
