EIIG's Forms & Fees
Form for transferring EEIG's seat to the Republic of Cyprus
Fill in and submit the following form (form ΕΟΟΣ 1) to transfer the seat of the European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG), accompanied by form ΕΟΟΣ 3 and the payment of three hundred and forty euro (€340). In case you wish to accelerate the process, an additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) is required.
The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, through an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or through bank order.

If you wish, with the registration of your EEIG, to obtain certified copies of the Certificates relating to the transfer of seat of your EEIG, you must present a copy of the contract of formation and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euro (€120). If a copy of the contract of formation is not submitted, you must pay the fee of one hundred and thirty euro (€130). An additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) is required in case you wish to accelerate the process.
