Fill in and submit, by hand/post the following form (form ED8) to convert the European company into a public limited liability company, by paying the total fee of twenty euros (€20). In case you wish to accelerate the procedure , an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) per form must be submitted.

It is noted that the plan for conversion of an SE is submitted with form ED8(I), by paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) must be paid in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.
