Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the following form (ED4) to convert a public limited liability company into European company in the Republic of Cyprus, by paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

It is noted that, the plan for conversion of a public company into European company (SE) is submitted in the Registrar of Companies, with the following form ED4(I) and by paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer.

If you wish, with the conversion of a public company into a European Company (SE) to obtain certified copies, you must present a copy of the memorandum and articles of association and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120), or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if a copy of memorandum and articles of association is not submitted, and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) if you wish the process to be accelerated.
