Form for Incorporation of European Company (SE) by merger
Fill in and submit, by hand / post, the following form (form ED1) to register an SE in the Register of the Registrar of Companies, by paying:
- the fee of one hundred and five euros (€105) for the incorporation of new SE and an additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure; or
- the fee of twenty euros (€20) for the incorporation of SE by acquisition and an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.
The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer.
Yoy are advised to refer to the Explanatory Notes and to the to the page Incorporation of European Company (SE) by merger respectively, so as to to acquire a better understanding of what is required and to facilitate the process further.
If you wish, with the Incorporation of European Company to obtain certified copies, you must present a copy of memorandum and articles of association andpay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120), or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if a copy of memorandum and articles of association is not submitted and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100), if you wish the process to be accelerated.
