Fill in and sumbit, by hand/post, the following form (ED3) to register an SE with the the Registrar of Companies, by paying the fee of one hundred and five euros (€105) and an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer.

If you also wish to obtain, with the incorporation of a European Company Subsiidary (SE) to obtain certified copies, you must present a copy of the memorandum and articles of association and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120) or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if a copy of the memorandum and articles of association is not submitted and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case you wish to the process to be accelerated.
