Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the following form (ED2) to incorporate a holding SE with the Registrar of Companies, by paying the fee of one hundred and five euros (€105) and an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

It is noted that, the incorporation plan of the companies or SE pursuing the incorporation of holding SE is submitted with the Registrar of Companies, the following form ED2(I) and paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

Additionally, It is noted that, the notice of fulfilment of requirements for the incorporation of holding SE by company or SE is submitted with the Registrar of Companies, by submitting the following form ED2(II) and paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

The fees are payable in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer.

If you wish with the incorporation of holding company, to obtain certified copies you must present a copy of memorandum and articles of association and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120), or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130), if a copy of memorandum and articles of association is not submitted and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) if you wish the process to be accelerated.

The following redesigned forms ED2, ED2(I)  and ED2(II) have been implemented as from February 12^th, 2021.
