• Initiation of dissolution procedure
• Completion of dissolution procedure
• Initiation of liquidation procedure
• Completion of liquidation procedure
• Initiation of insolvency procedure
• Completion of insolvency procedure
• Initiation of stop-payment procedure
• Completion of stop-payment procedure
• Decision for continuation of activities
