Details
Fill in and submit, by hand/post, form ΕΔ12 to obtain certified copies or certificates of a European company registered in the Companies Register, by paying:
- the fee of twenty euros (€20) per certified copy/ certificate; or
- the fee of forty euros (€40) for a certified copy of the memorandum and articles of association (when a copy of the document to be certified is provided together with the application), or fifty euros (€50) when a copy of the document is not provided; and
- an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) per certified copy/ certificate if you wish to accelerate the procedure.

Τhe following new form ΕΔ12 has been implemented as from February 12th, 2021.
