Form for updating officers
Fill in and submit, by hand/post, form (ED7) to update the register of an SE company regarding changes in the directors or in their particulars, by paying the total fee of twenty euros (€20) and in case you wish to accelerate the procedure an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) must be paid (paid in cash, by cheque, via an account maintained with the Department of the Registrar of Companies or by bank transfer).

Αs from February 12th, 2021, the following redesigned form ΕΔ7 has been implemented which concerns the updating of directors. The notification of change of the registered office is submitted through form HE2.
