Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the following form HE67 to notify the Registrar of Companies the non-filing of annual reports and non-payment of annual fee, if your company was registered prior to 14 August 1974 and had its registered office or place of business or its entire property in an occupied or inaccessible area and is no longer active, and/or does not possess any other assets other than the assets located in the areas which are not under the control of the Republic.

Form HE67 is accompanied by the fee of twenty euros (20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

It is noted that after the filing of form HE67, the company is exempted from the filing of further documents and the payment of fees for as long as it is not active in the areas controlled by the Republic.

The following new form HE67 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of the affidavit of company's director for non-submission of financial statements.
