Fill in and submit the form notifying the consolidation, division, subdivision, redemption or cancellation of shares, conversion of shares to stock and reconversion of stock to shares (form HE16) to update accordingly your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

Alternatively, you may file the notification for the diversification of share capital online, via the e-filing system of the Registrar of Companies, by paying the corresponding fee as mentioned above.
