Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the application of a foreign company for its continuation in the Republic (form ME1) to redomiciliate the registered office of an overseas company to the Republic of Cyprus and obtain a temporary certificate of continuation, by paying the fee of one hundred and twenty euro (€120). In order to accelerate the registration process, an additional fee of one hundred euro (€100) is required.
