Fill in and submit, by hand/post, the following forms (form ED6 and form ED9) to transfer the European company outside the Republic of Cyprus, by paying the total fee of forty euros (€40). In case you wish to accelerate the procedure an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) per form is required.

It is noted that the plan for transfer of SE is filed with form ED6(I), by paying the fee of twenty euros (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euros (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure.

Αs from February 12th, 2021, the new forms ΕΔ6, ΕΔ6(I) and ΕΔ9 have been implemented.
