Fill in and submit, depending on the case, the following forms to update your company's register, by paying the fee of twenty euro (€20) and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure:

• declaration of settlement of a registered charge (form HE28) or
• declaration of partial settlement of a registered charge or partial release of property charged (form HE29) or
• declaration that the charged property ceased to form part of the company’s property or undertaking (form HE30).

For further information regarding form completion and the relevant procedure, you are advised to refer to the main criteria of review and most common reasons for rejection of form ΗΕ28, form ΗΕ29, or form ΗΕ30 as well as so as to the page Notifying settlement of a charge respectively. 

Alternatively, you may file the total settlement of the charge online (form HE28) via the e-filing system of the Registrar of companies by paying the relevant fee as mentioned above.

The new consolidated form AE11 has been implemented as from December 6th, 2021, in replacement of forms ΗΕ28, ΗΕ29 and ΗΕ30 as regards to overseas companies.
