Fill in and submit, by hand/post, form KE2 to open a deposit account with the Registrar of Companies.
It is noted that no fees are paid with the submission of the said form. However, opening a deposit account with the Registrar of Companies prerequisites a minimum deposit amount of eight hundred euro (€800). This amount may be used by the organization for the payment of fees to the Registrar of Companies.
