Fill in and submit form HE24E to update an overseas company's register with the particulars of amendment of a charge or an assignment of a charge, or any change in the particulars of the beneficiaries of a charge or an assignment of a charge, by paying the respective fee depending on the value of the charge and an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) in case you wish to accelerate the procedure:

• €140 (€0- 17086,01);
• €240 (€17086,01-34172,03);
• €380 (€34172,03-85430,07);
• €540 (€85430,07-170860,14);
• €640 (€170860,14 and above).

In case of failing to timely submit the form, an additional fee of twenty euro (€20) is payable along with the submission of the relevant court order for extension of the submission time.

The following new form ΑΕ7Ε(2) was implemented on December 6th, 2021, and replaced form HE24 as regards to the details of an amendment of a charge created by an overseas company.
