Fill in and submit the following forms to register the place of business of an overseas company in the Registrar of Companies, by paying the total fee of three hundred and eighty euros (€380):

• list of documents delivered for registration by the overseas company and signed by the authorised person (Form AE1);
• list and details in relation to the first directors and secretary of the overseas company (Form AE2); and
• details in relation to the authorised by the overseas company persons (form AE3).

In order to accelerate the registration process, an additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) is required.

If you wish, with the establishment of place of business in the Republic of Cyprus, to obtain certified copies you must present a copy of the constitutional documents and pay an additional fee of one hundred and twenty euros (€120) or a fee of one hundred and thirty euros (€130) if a copy of the memorandum and articles of association is not submitted and the additional fee of one hundred euros (€100) if you wish the process to be accelerated.
