Depending on the type of company under incorporation you may choose between the following types of memorandum of association:

• memorandum of association of a company limited by shares
• memorandum of association of a company limited by guarantee without share capital
• memorandum of association of a company limited by guarantee and with share capital

Additionally, a model memorandum of association is provided below that can be adopted for the incorporation of a private company with shares, which does not contain specialised objects in its memorandum of association and will conduct business as a general commercial company.
