Annual Returns due
Further to our Announcement dated 24/09/2014 in relation to the procedure for deregistering companies under section 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113 it is clarified that there is margin/time for the filing of the annual returns with the corresponding accounts for 2014 and the procedure for deregistering will not commence.
