In the context of the modernization of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver and the upgrading of the services which are offered to the business world, the professionals and the public at large, the Department announces that as from 15 December 2014, there will be the facility of the electronic filing of the Annual Return for the year 2014 (C32) with the corresponding financial statements.

All who wish and to date they do not have access codes to the electronic system are requested to apply to the electronic mail mmenelaou@drcor.mcit.gov.cy ή solympiou@drcor.mcit.gov.cy for securing a user’s code and company code.

The Department in its effort for better information of the public/users is organizing three hour instructive seminars from the 15-17 December 2014, on the issue of filing of annual returns and for filing new companies and changes to documents.

The seminars will take place in the multiple uses room of the Ministry of Finance from 08.30 – 11.30 and 12.00 – to 15.00.

For the better organization of the seminars, those interested are requested to register participation until 12 December 2014 to the electronic address eterion@drcor.mcit.gov.cy stating the date and time of preference and also the number of persons who will participate.
