Application for Beneficial Ownership report of a Legal Entity
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Commerce announces that as from today, an application for the issuance of a “Beneficial Ownership Report” is available on the Companies’ Section website.
Interested parties are requested to submit the relevant application (click here) to the Department's cashier office. For more details, please see a relevant announcement.
