Applications/objections submitted for strike off
The Department of Registrar of Companies hereby announces that as, from 7/6/2021 any applications for time extension or any objections to the striking off of companies due to non-compliance with their obligation to submit annual returns (HE32), must be submitted only on paper (by letter) at the Cashier of the Department.
Any applications/objections by email or fax will no longer be received and any applications/objections submitted by email or fax will not be considered as received.
Any applications/objections already received in any way (email, fax, letter etc.), will be examined in the form they have been submitted. No resubmission is necessary for any objections or applications sent before 07/06/2021 in any form.
