The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry announces that, on the basis of the provisions of section 387A of Companies Law (Chapter 113), the Minister of Energy, Commerce & Industry has issued the following Orders:

• Companies Order of 2021
• Companies Order (No. 2) of 2021

The Orders have been issued within the context of implementation of the 2nd Βundle of the new statutory forms of the Companies Section, promoted by the Project Team for the Reform of the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (DRCIP), and scheduled for early December 2021.

The above mentioned Orders are of a corrective nature and do not affect in any way the substance of the forms. Notably, they relate to:

• Changes in the legal references below the title of the statutory forms as per the updated, consolidated Companies Legislation.
• The introduction of the Restoration Certificate to be on the basis of the new procedure that is being introduced and relates to the Administrative Restoration of a company on the Register.
