COMPANIES REGISTRY UPDATE CAMPAIGN COMPANIES WITHOUT POSTAL CODE
As part of the efforts made to ensure the correctness and updating of the Registry of Companies, the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property urges all registered companies to check the address of the registered office, which is registered in the Registry of Registrar of Companies the postal code included; and if there is any change to update the Registry using the corresponding form.
The abovementioned action is considered necessary in order to be able to provide any information to the companies, on issues that concern them.
The companies that have not updated their registered office address and do not have a postal code, may not have received any reminder letter, regarding the submission of the due HE32 with the corresponding Financial Statements, in the context of compliance campaigns.
We inform you that in the event of non-compliance of the companies regarding the above matter, the Department will proceed without further notice, with a three-month warning publication to delete them, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law Chap. 113.
