Electronic Filing of Forms / Documents
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that the Electronic Filing system for Company Forms/Documents is now in operation.
Registration of companies as well as changes in the particulars of companies which are filed electronically will be effected within 2-3 days.
