Electronic filing of forms/documents of registered companies
This is to inform you that the electronic filing system for documents/forms of registered companies is expected to be put in operation on 10/10/2012. In order to file electronically any documents/forms of a registered company, the user has to use two codes:
- User code and,
- Company code.
Any registered company interested in filing forms/documents electronically should file an application for obtaining a code. The code will be sent to the company’s electronic mail.
When applying for certified copies and approval of a name electronically it is not necessary to follow the abovementioned procedure. Such applications may be filed after the applicant registers as a temporary user. A temporary user is registered by choosing the temporary connection from the original page and completing the necessary files through the system.
All who have already obtained user codes need not apply again.
