Extension of the hours of receipt of applications for the authentication of a legal entity’s profile in Ariadni, at the Department of Registrar of Companies
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, following its announcement on 21st of April 2021, informs the business community that owing to the tight timeline for the update of the Register of Beneficial Ownership which is 31st of July 2022, and following a general requirement, the hours of receipt at the Department, of applications for the authentication of a legal entity’s profile (companies and partnerships), are extended until 13.00, as of Monday, 25th of July 2022, without limitation to the number of applications submitted.
Specifically, the Department will be receiving applications for the authentication of a legal entity’s profile together with the relevant supporting documentation:
- Between the hours 09.00 – 13.00 (Monday – Friday).
- Without any restriction to the number of applications submitted.
- At the designated area that has been created on the ground floor of the XENIOS building.
The documents will be examined back office, by authorized examiners of the Department and the authentication process will be completed no later than within 1 week.
