The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that as from 01 February 2013 the fees for filing forms/documents and other services have been revised on the basis of the relevant Regulations which were approved by the House of Representatives.

As from the 4th February 2013 the Department will accept payments on the basis of the new Fees.

The Electronic Filing System for company of Companies Forms/Documents Electronic will remain out of Operation on 1st February 2013 from 14.00p.m until midnight in order for the necessary alterations to be effected. As from 2nd February 2013 all the new fees will be published on the Department’s website www.mcit.gov.cy/drcor.

All internet users are requested to complete all pending payments until 14.00p.m of 1st February 2013.
