Registration of i-Justice Court Orders by the Registrar of Companies
The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property hereby announces that, in accordance with the i-Justice (Electronic Registration) Regulation 2021 (1/2021) will receive for filing court orders issued through the i-justice system bearing a clear seal electronically affixed , the Application Number and the i-Justice indication together with the relevant numbering.
