The above graph depicts the total number of applications submitted to the Registrar of Companies via the electronic filing system, during the period from1st of January to 31st of December, of each year from 2012 (year of operation) to 2018.
During the reference period, the number of online applications increased considerably in relation ssto paper submissions, with the average percentage of annual submissions amounting to approximately 130.000. It is noteworthy that in 2018 the percentage of online submissions exceeded the online submissions in the first year (2013) of the system’s operation by 350%.
