- SE name;
- SE registration number;
- SE registered office address;
- SE proposed registered office address;
- proposed articles of association;
- proposed name;
- proposed timeline for redomiciliation;
- all possible consequences from redomiciliation of the role of employees, and
- all rights provided for the protection of shareholders and / or creditors.
