In order to create a legal entity profile in the Goverment Gateway portal gov.cy, the following details are required:

•  Name of legal entity (company/partnership). The name must be written exactly as it is registered in the Register of the Registrar of Companies. Where that the name includes any punctuation marks (,.+ etc), these should not be listed in the name field, as this creates a connection problem with the register
• User name,
• Password, 
• Corporate/Partnership email. The e-mail address registered should be that of the legal entity concerned. Gov.cy only allows the use of e-mail once. The email of an official/partner or person acting on his/her behalf or that of a service provider cannot be registered.
