Main criteria of review for filing a conversion of private company to public

The main criteria of review of the form HE7 are:
- company name and number;
- all details in form must be completed (where applicable);
- submission date (within 14 days prior the date of conversion to public company);
- signatures of all directors or their authorised representatives (authorisations must be attached);
- officer’s signature (in case where the officer is a company, the company seal is required).
Most common reasons for rejection of the form by the examiner:
- the form submitted is not the statutory form. The statutory forms are available on the webpage and at the offices of the Department;
- failure to submit the above details.
