The main criteria of review of the form HE35 are:
- company name and number;
- Full details and full address of receiver/manager;
- full description of charge;
- nank signature and seal.
Most common reasons for rejection of the form by the examiner:
- the form submitted is not the statutory form;
- failure to complete the above details.
