The main criteria of review are:

• company name must be completed;
• signed by the director and secretary or by the authorised person.

Most common reasons for rejection of form by the examiner:

• the overseas company registered in an EU country fails to submit the financial statements from its country of incorporation;
• the non -EU overseas company fails to submit the financial statements from both its country of incorporation as well as the place of business in the Republic of Cyprus;
• the financial statements are not certified by the authorised person or the director and the secretary.
