Main criteria of review for partial settlement of charge or partial release of charged property

The main criteria of review of the form HE29 are:
- the company number must be similar to the company name;
- description of charge, whether it is floating fixed assignment etc.;
- the registration date of charge is similar to the submission date at the the department;
- the agreement date is written on the charge assignment;
- the release date is the date on which the company is released from its debts to the beneficiary of the charge;
- The amount paid to be considered as a part, because it is partial payment, or in case of release of property no amount is completed;
- in case of released property, part of property is completed;
- the form must be signed under oath before the registrar by a director and the secretary of company;
- the seal on the same, as a proof of no objection to the repayment, can be considered as a consent, along with the beneficiary’s signature.
Most common reasons for rejection of form by the examiner:
- the form submitted is not the statutory form. The statutory forms are available on the webpage and at the offices of the Department;
- failure to complete/submit the above details.
