Main criteria of review for submitting the registered office address
Details
The main criteria of review of the form HE2 are:
- company name and number,
- date of change. Attention: The particular field is not completed during the registration of the company, but ONLY in case of change of the company’s registered office address and must be submitted within 14 days of such change (L89(I)/2015),
- full address in greek,
- officer’s signature and date (in case where the officer is a company, the company seal is required).
It is checked whether the following documents have been attached:
- Secretary’s declaration (in case where the secretary is a company, the company seal is required).
Most common reasons for rejection of documents by the examiner:
- the form submitted is not the statutory form. The statutory forms are available on the webpage and at the offices of the Department.
- failure to complete/submit the above details.
